DTCadAi is an advertising intelligence workspace for DTC brands and ad teams. Its core capabilities are account authorization, report syncing, creative drafts, optimization suggestions, team permissions and audit records.
By default the system does not bypass ad platforms and never accesses ad accounts via simulated login, cookie scraping or shared platform passwords.
How ad accounts are authorized
Meta, TikTok, Google and other ad accounts are connected through official OAuth or platform API tokens.
Users can disconnect accounts inside DTCadAi, or revoke authorization in the corresponding ad platform.
Key advertising actions
Key actions such as creating ads, changing budgets, pausing ads, binding a Pixel, configuring CAPI and submitting for platform review require authorized-user confirmation by default.
AI only generates suggestions, drafts, creatives and diagnostics. Actions that actually affect the ad account record the confirmer, time, target and result.
Permissions & audit
Team permissions can be controlled by role, platform, ad account, campaign, Pixel, reporting, finance and data-export scope.
The system logs account binding, token status, draft creation, confirmation, budget changes, alert handling, data deletion and other operations.
Data deletion & support
Users can request deletion of workspace, ad account authorization, synced reports, creative assets and operation logs via the Data Deletion page or support@dtcadai.com.
