Users can disconnect ad accounts, revoke platform authorization and request deletion of related data in their DTCadAi workspace.
You can request deletion of account profile, workspace data, ad account authorization records, report caches, creative asset records, task data and non-essential operation logs.
For security and compliance, some audit logs may be retained for a reasonable period to investigate unauthorized actions, billing disputes or security incidents.
Sign in to DTCadAi, go to “Accounts & Platforms”, select the platform and ad account, and click disconnect or revoke authorization.
You can also revoke DTCadAi’s access directly in the authorization management page of Meta, TikTok or Google.
Email support@dtcadai.com with the subject “DTCadAi Data Deletion Request”.
Please include your registered email, workspace name, the data scope to delete, and whether ad account connection records should be deleted as well.
We confirm your identity and the data scope as soon as we receive the request, and complete deletion or anonymization within a reasonable time.
After deletion, the corresponding ad account can no longer sync data, and historical reports and automation tasks may not be recoverable.
